Detailed description:

Office fit-out of a six-storey building with ancillary storage at basement level. The building comprises of a total net internal area as set out in the RICS Code of Measuring Practice of 171,146 sq. ft. (NIA) that equates to approximately 15,900 sq. m. The ancillary storage space at Basement level has an area of 11,043 sq. ft. that equates to approximately 1,026 sq. m.
