NUIG/CON400 - DPS for International Student Recruitment Services

Dear Service Provider,

Please note that all documents relating to this competition 150216:1 DPS for International Student Recruitment Servicesare available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie only.

This competition relates to the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) which will be open for applications for a maximum period of 6 years, however NUI Galway wish to qualify companies as soon as possible so service providers are required to respond by the initial closing date in order to be considered for the initial tranche of contracts. 

All communication should be in accordance with the rules contained within the documentation.  

The supplier is requested to carefully read the documentation in relation to format/protocol for questions, response times, format of response. 

Please note that the contracting authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response.   The authority also reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage up to formal conclusion of a contract.

Suppliers are requested to monitor emails from EU-Supply (i.e. the etenders website) as clarifications will be notified from the etenders email rather than from the authorities corporate email address.
