P17861 - Airfield Civil Contractors Framework 2019+

The RFT has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

As a consequence of this strong growth and in order to continue to serve both the airlines and passengers using Dublin Airport, Dublin Airport has made submissions to the Commission of Aviation Regulation in respect of its most significant Capital Investment Programme (CIP) for the period 2020-2024. These works, together with works identified in the 2018 approved Programme of Airport Campus Enhancement (PACE) will ensure Dublin Airport is ready to meet this challenge of continuous strong traffic growth and be better placed to accommodate the forecasted 40 million passengers per annum over the medium term. Quality of service and the passenger experience are key drivers for Dublin Airport, and the delivery of the above programme of works will allow Dublin Airport to maintain it’s high global ranking in this regard. Dublin Airport recently were awarded the prestigious ‘Airport Service Quality Award’ by the Airport Council International (ACI). Therefore Dublin Airport wishes to appoint a framework of experienced main civil contractors as long term partners (2019 to 2024) to assist in the delivery of particular ‘Airfield’ projects (see attached RFI) forming part of the approved PACE works and submitted CIP 2020-2024 works. Dublin Airport are seeking to enter into a collaborative approach with suitably qualified civil contractors to facilitate the delivery of these works, which we have bundled into two distinct packages (Lot 1 and Lot 2). This RFI seeks to shortlist a panel of experienced main civil contractors who will be invited to tender for these Lots.
