daa seeks the appointment of a travel provider for the provision of all facets of travel that may be required by daa when personnel are travelling on official business, including, but not limited to the following; • Business travel bookings and reservation services to all destinations • Hotel booking and reservation services • Implementation of a Self-booking tool / online booking tool • Other associated services, including 24/7 travel assistance and occasional requirements for handling of VIP travel arrangements • Training our travellers and travel planners at start up and on an ongoing manner • Provide detailed reports on monitoring travel expenditure and innovative recommendations to improve cost savings, compliance and process efficiency • Assist daa in the enforcement and implementation of our travel policy • Ad hoc Requirements This service will open to all daa personnel on corporate business; • ARI • daa International • Dublin Airport • Cork Airport
