“Dear Tenderer,
The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade (the “Contracting Authority”) invites you to submit a stage two Tender for the above mentioned competition.
The Contracting Authority is issuing this RFT to tenderers shortlisted from Stage 1 of the Competition. After the assessment of tenders submitted in response to this Stage 2 RFT, the Contracting Authority may decide to award A Services Contract with the Tenderer that has submitted the most economically advantageous tender for the provision of the Solution (based on the award criteria set out in this RFT) without negotiation or it may elect to proceed to stage 3 negotiation in accordance with section 1.3 of this RFT.
