GCoC NRPO N6GCRR 0319 - Provision of Pre-Notice to Treat Negotiations for the N6 Galway City Ring Road Project

Galway County Council requires the Consultant to provide all property valuation and negotiation services necessary for the acquisition of the relevant residential property / dwellings and relevant commercial / corporate premises for the N6 Galway City Ring Road proposed road development (subject of the proposed road development's Compulsory Acquisition Orders). For more detail on the services required, refer to the Contract Brief and Schedule B: Consultant's Services and Fees of the Form of Tender and Schedule. The latest date and time for receipt of submissions is 12 noon, 9th May, 2019. The latest date and time for submission of queries is 12 noon, 19th April, 2019. The date of Contract Award is envisaged in Q2 2019. The Consultant will be required to perform the services in five (5) Stage Services. The consultant will be required to complete the first four (4) Stage Services within three (3) months of the date of Contract Award. The Consultant is made aware of the potential for Galway County Council to terminate or suspend the Contract in accordance with the Standard Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical), further details of which are provided in the Contract Brief and Schedule B: Consultant's Services and Fees of the Form of Tender and Schedule.
