The Central Bank’s requirement to deliver our talent acquisition strategy as well as to continue to develop the talent of the Central Bank is to offer a full end to end service across the full recruitment and selection lifecycle which supports the development of individuals if selected for roles. As such, the Central Bank has two specific requirements in order to assist with the delivery of our talent acquisition strategy: Lot 1 – Online Assessment Tools for Recruitment and Assessment Centres Lot 2 – Senior Leadership Roles, Career Assessment and Talent Analytics
