An Garda Síochána and the Irish Defence Forces (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the supply of the goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Goods”).
In summary, the Goods comprise:
The Manufacture and Supply of Operational and Service Dress Footwear for An Garda Síochána and the Irish Defence Forces.
This public procurement competition will be divided into two (2 lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate contract.
Lot 1 – The Manufacture and Supply of Operational Footwear for An Garda Síochána.
There shall be a single supplier Goods Contract for the provision of Operational Footwear as further described in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 (Lot 1) of this RFT.
Lot 2 – The Manufacture and Supply of Operational and Service Dress Footwear for the Irish Defence Forces.
