Construction of 2 storey temporary modular school bldg & single storey modular changing rms at Clonturk CC D9 Tenders for 1 or more of the following 3 options only may be submitted under this open procedure: Option 1: 3Yr Rental & Subsequent removal from site of 36 mthly payments Option 2: 3Yr Rental & Subsequent outright purchase by CDETB of 36 mthly payments & final settlement Option 3: A public works contract remunerated directly by lump sum

Instructions to bidder:

An overriding consideration is to ensure the accommodation is available for the new academic year 2019/2020. While three options are available on the costing all tenders should comply with the full suite of tender documentation provided irrespective of options being tendered for.
