An Post, comprising two separate business units: An Post Mails & Parcels and An Post Retail, together with the An Post Corporate Centre – is seeking a service provider to support the Company’s evolving communications needs and its transformation journey with Multi-Platform Corporate, B2B and Consumer PR Services to include: - Support for the in-house Corporate team with corporate issues, campaign planning and execution, as required. An Post Retail products and services, including the transformation of the Post Office network, and with particular emphasis on Consumer Financial Services products; support for the three pillars of our business in Financial Services, Government Services and E-commerce facilities in our increasingly omni-channel environment; Positioning An Post Money and product suite as different to the pillar banks and bringing to life the An Post Money brand – a whole new umbrella consumer brand for new and existing An Post Financial Services including An Post Current Account, Credit Cards and Loans with its own digital presence. The provision of dynamic and engaging online content across a range of consumer, product and lifestyle topics will form an important element of the deliverables in this work stream. An Post Mails & Parcels product/services (B2B & B2C) PR, including digital services (and services such as AddressPal), to support our position as industry leaders, experts in e-commerce, logistics and mail media, and powerful enablers for our customers’ business growth. The SME sector is a particular focus within the M&P marketing strategy as is bringing to life the An Post Commerce brand – a B2B brand offering business solutions to business customers with its own digital information hub to support business and unlock customer demand.
