Longford County Council on behalf of the following Local Authorities (Longford County Council and Cavan County Council) invites tender responses to this request for tenders from economic operators for the supply of O365 Managed Service for License Provision and Support as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT to the above-mentioned Local Authorities. Longford County Council is hereafter in this RFT document referred to as the contracting authority, for the purposes of this public procurement competition. The contract will be tendered as one package, but the successful tenderer will be invited to sign two separate contracts, one with Longford County Council, and one with Cavan County Council. Each Local Authority will manage these contracts separate and independently. In summary, the Goods comprise: The purchase and provision of licences. Longford County Council and Cavan County Council have decided to migrate to Microsoft Office 365 and both require a managed service to support them in the purchase and provision of licences.
