Detailed description:

St. Vincent's University Hospital (SVUH) wishes to engage a service provider to provide a comprehensive preventative maintenance service, whereby the appointed Contractor undertakes, for a specified all-inclusive consideration, to carry out all or any maintenance, repairs or renewals which may become necessary, and provide an emergency 24 hour service.
