Dear Service Provider,

The Valuation office invites tenders, from suitabiliy qualified Tenderers to carry out statutory Valuations for Rating purposes on commercial properties on its behalf in eight Rating Authority areas in Ireland.

The statutory Valuations  will be carried out in accordance with the Valuations Acts 2001 to 2015.

It is envisaged the contract will involve the processing of approximately 5,700 Revision Applications across the following Rating Authority areas: Clare County Council, Cork City Council, Cork County Council, Donegal County Council, Kerry County Council, Galway City Council, Galway County Council and Mayo County Council.
