The Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the supply of the goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Goods”).

1.2

In summary, the Goods comprise:

         This public procurement competition relates to the supply and printing of an estimated 4,000,000 European Election ballot papers, with a die-cut or without a die-cut as set out in Appendix 1, to be decided by the contracting authority, and 31,000 posters. The competition is divided into 3 Lots which reflect the 3 constituencies.  All 3 Lots will require distribution. Distribution details are set out in Appendix 1 (Requirements and Specifications). Tenderers may bid on single or multiple Lots. The Contracting Authority may award one lot, more than one Lot or all Lots to one supplier.
