15th APRIL 2019 AT 12.00 NOON (LOCAL TIME)
Interested parties are invited to consult the associated qualification questionnaire, which contains further detail regarding the competition and precise instructions concerning the submission of Expressions of Interest.
It is emphasised that the subject-matter of this competition comprises a service concession, in that the successful economic concessionaire will be remunerated for the provision of the required services through the sale of food and beverages to members of the public.
As a service concession, this competition is not subject to the provisions of Directive 2014/23/EC.
Economic operators are advised that the economic risk inherent to the delivery of the required service will rest fully with the successful concessionaire. The Contracting Authorities offer no guarantee, express or implied, regarding the commercial viability or profitability of these concessions.
It is emphasised that successful candidates will be required to propose financial contributions, payable to the Contracting Authorities, for the right to exploit the required service. The tender document issued to successful candidates will contain further detail in this regard.
