IHW025F - Request for Tenders to establish a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Personal & Notebook Computers

The Framework Agreement will be divided into three (3) lots (each a “Lot”) as described below.

Lot 1 - Personal Computers and Notebook Computers and associated services to meet the needs of a Framework Client where the client requirement is for up to a maximum of fifty (50) devices and associated services. In respect of Lot 1 a client requirement means a single procurement by a Framework Client the purchase order for which covers the Framework Client’s entire requirement at any one time.  

Lot 2 - Personal Computers and Notebook Computers and associated services to meet the needs of a Framework Client where the client requirement is for a minimum of fifty one (51) devices up to a maximum of two hundred and fifty (250) devices and associated services. In respect of Lot 2 a client requirement means a single procurement by a Framework Client the purchase order for which covers the Framework Client’s entire requirement at any one time.

Lot 3 - Personal Computers and Notebook Computers and associated services to meet the needs of a Framework Client where the client requirement is as follows:

1.       Personal Computers and Notebook Computers and associated services to meet the needs of a Framework Client where the client requirement is for a minimum of two hundred and fifty one (251) devices, or

2.       Personal Computers and Notebook Computers running Windows 7 operating system where it is estimated that the value of the client requirement (excluding VAT) is greater than twenty five thousand Euro (€25,000).

3.       Rugged Notebook Computers (as defined in Appendix 1a of this RFT) where it is estimated that the value of the client requirement (excluding VAT) is greater than twenty five thousand Euro (€25,000), or

4.       All-in-One Computers (as defined in Appendix 1a of this RFT) where it is estimated that the value of the client requirement (excluding VAT) is greater than twenty five thousand Euro (€25,000, or

5.       Any combination of 1. to 4. immediately above.
