Project Management Services

The existing Leap Operations contracts, including but not limited to the Provision of sales and related services of Child 16-18 and Student Leap Cards and Provision of Leap Operations Services, are due to expire and therefore public procurement is necessary. The Authority has established a programme to retender these services. This will entail drafting the requirements (reasonably similar to existing requirements) and undertaking a procurement process to procure a supplier to operate the different systems. The Authority wishes to engage a service provider to provide an experienced Project Manager to manage the drafting of requirements, the procurement process and the operational transition to a new supplier/contract, including the formal acceptance process to the existing Leap Operations team of the Authority.
