Detailed description:

The design team services to be provided comprise the following principal services / disciplines as set down in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire:  Lot 1: Architect including Project Supervisor Design Process, Fire Safety Consultant and Glazing Consultant.  Lot 2: Project Manager.  Lot 3: Civil/Structural Engineer.  Lot 4: Mechanical and Electrical Engineer.  Lot 5: Quantity Surveyor.  Lot 6: Landscape Architect.
