Multi-Supplier Framework - 3cea - Multi Supplier Framework for DEC, BER, NDBER, Building Surveyor/Inspector & Energy Auditing services

3cea have developed a Multi Supplier Framework for the following services; * Lot 1 - Display Energy Certificate (DEC) Assessors * Lot 2 - Building Energy Rating (BER) Assessors * Lot 3 - Non-Domestic Building Energy Rating (NDBER) Assessors * Lot 4 - Building Surveyors / Inspectors * Lot 5 - Energy Auditing Services Each Lot will be a separate contract and it is envisaged up to 5 contractors (Framework Members) will be appointed under each Framework Agreement for each Lot, at the discretion of 3cea. It is estimated that the value of the works, across the 5 Lots, across the lifetime of the Framework (4years) will be €250,000.00. All requirements for contracts under a value of €25,000 will be made by way of a Direct Draw Down arrangement based on the various factors such as availability, proximity of contractor to works region, proposed cost etc. For contracts over this value mini-competitions will be used and Framework Members will be asked to complete a Supplementary Request for Tender (SRFT) and a SRFT Response Document. The anticipated works will be in the South Eastern Ireland region, however it is possible that works may arise from other parts of Ireland.
