Postal Services and Fulfilment Services
Dublin City Council wishes to establish two multi-party framework agreements for the provision of Postal Services and Fulfilment Services using the open procedure, both for a maximum of 4 years and both will be regional Framework Agreements and will be available to South Dublin County Council, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and Fingal County Council. The top scoring tenderer under each lot will be awarded a contract by Dublin City Council and the other councils may run mini competitions.

South Dublin County Council, Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council and Fingal County Council will be named framework purchasers and may use the Framework Agreement.
