MU/CPD/MR/2018/ART - Maynooth University Refurbishment of Exsiting Arts Building

The Works Contractor contract defined as the Refurbishment of the existing Arts Building of 4,700m2 accommodation which may be delivered over two phases. Phase 1 is circa 1,390 m2 which provides for reconfiguration of existing offices into modern teaching spaces and courtyard. Phase 2 is circa 3,310 m2 which provides reconfiguration of existing toilets, office space into modern teaching spaces. Works also include provision of new courtyard and works to existing Mechanical and Electrical systems.
