Dear Supplier,

Harty Nutrition LTD is a manufacturer of natural raw formed protein bars and other raw formed fruit and nut snack bars, bites and balls. We are inviting suppliers to tender for the supply of a new high powered vacuum extruder and portioning machine for natural raw formed protein bar production.

We are looking for a supplier who has:

• Experienced with protein bar applications
• An engineer operating in the Munster region of Ireland and capable of calling out within 24hours
• Capability of shipping, installing and commisioning the machine on our site
• Capability to provide training to staff

We are looking for a supplier of a vacuum extruder capable of the following:

• This machine must have a large hopper capable of 50-100Kg batches
• This machine must be very powerful to deal with strong protein bar mixture
• The machine must have a bin hoist
• The machine must provide minimal disturbance to the product and a short journey from the mixture to bar
• The machine must precision portioning system e.g. pneumatic knife
• This must have an output of 100-150 bars per minute
•  It must be capable of portions from 5g-100g
• This must be fed onto a conveyor system
•  Conveyor system should be capable of syncing with a flow wrap machine
