Please note that due to the large volume of lots for this tender process, we had to break them down into Sections (6) and name these lots for the advertising of this notice.

Instructions on Tendering for Lots/Sub Lots:  

Tenderers can tender for one, all or any Sub Lots.  

TRD Part 1 - Comprises of the following Tabs which must be completed:

Mandatory Quality Questions All Lots

Mandatory After Sales All Lots 

After Sales Scorable All lot

Appendix 1 Supplier Declaration

 

TRD Part 2 - Quality Questions and Pricing Schedule.  Both of these Sheets must be completed for each lot or sub lot that you are Tendering for.  These are located in a sub folder of the National Drawdown Framework Agreement for the Provision of Wound Management Products folder, named Lots Quality & Pricing, which will be displayed when + sign is clicked. 

Reference Documents Folder contains PDF documents that form part of the Tender and Contract Document suite are for information only and do not require Tenderers to complete. These are located in a sub folder of the National Drawdown Framework Agreement for the Provision of Wound Management Products folder, named Reference Documents, which will be displayed when + sign is clicked. 

 

The closing date for this competition is the 15th of April 2019 at 12 noon. 

 

The last day for clarifications and queries is 12 noon, 1st April 2019.  No queries will be accepted after this date and time.
