This is the first Stage in a 2-Stage Restricted Tender Procedure. Suitably qualified service providers are hereby invited to submit a Request to Participate.

Please note that the deadline for receipt of Requests to Participate is 12:00 hours [GMT] on THURSDAY 18TH OCTOBER 2018.
