Dear Tenderer,
The Contracting Authority, in the first instance, intends to establish a contract of four years duration for the supply of Patient Trolleys for use in its Emergency Department (ED). It is proposed to procure these trolleys on a phased replacement basis. Additionally, all ED Patient Trolleys procured under this contract will be governed by a support and maintenance contract with amaximum potential duration of eight years (commencing on the date of expiry of the warranty period).
