Detailed description:

Blocks A1 and A2 are demolished and replaced with an L-Shaped mainly two story structure to house drainage and hydro archives. The layout of this option provides the option to maximise light and natural ventilation of the building and has the potential to provide office staff with accommodation completely removed from the working yard.
