The overall scope of the framework will be to provide a comprehensive Fleet Management Service and to assist in the migration of owned vehicles to leased vehicles. This will include responsibility for road worthiness of vehicles including inspection and testing of vehicles, driver compliance with regulations, management of accident cases, and vehicle maintenance
