Provision of Survey Services

The National Transport Authority (NTA) intends to procure a company or companies to provide various survey services relating to public transport for a period of four years with the option to extend for a period of up to two additional years. The services will be procured in two lots, as follows: • Lot 1: Fare evasion surveys; • Lot 2: Mystery shopper surveys. NTA may award contracts for services pursuant to this tender on behalf of other public transport operators and Transport Infrastructure Ireland.
