RFT for Purchase or Lease including Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Solar Powered Compacting Litter Bins and associated information technology and software solution at various locations within the Councils City Centre administrative areas.The Contracting Authority intends to procure an intelligent public waste system comprising of a network of solar powered compacting litter bins, coupled to a software application enabled through a web portal , delivering real time data information on the status of each bin.
