In summary, the goods comprise the supply, implementation and maintenance of a system (or suite of systems) that will deliver a digital repository, library management functionality, an electronic resource management tool and a complete discovery environment, replacing and upgrading the Library & Research Service’s technical infrastructure, preferably delivered through a hosted solution.
