This procurement is divided into two lots as follows: Lot 1: Managed Service IT Operations and Helpdesk Support. • Managed Service of Server Infrastructure and private cloud support; • IT Service desk and user helpdesk support; and • Microsoft productivity application and azure support. Lot 2: IT Operations & Service Consultancy, Governance and Project Assurance. • Ad-hoc advice, consultancy and implementation services PLEASE NOTE: It is a requirement that a separate provider is select for each LOT.
