Re: Consultancy Services Frameworks 2018 -2021 – Stage 1 Expressions of Interest

Mayo County Council intends to establish a Principle Service Consultancy Framework for construction related technical services comprising the following disciplines:
• Civil & Structural Engineering Services.
• Mechanical, Electrical & Building Engineering Services
• Quantity Surveying Services
This Framework will consist of a panel of six pre-qualified applicants (6no) and a supplementary panel (4no) prequalified applicants for each discipline, who will tender for Housing, Building Refurbishment and other projects of a general construction nature of value up to €5,000,000 (exclusive of vat) for a period of 3 months from October 2018.
The Framework Selection Process is a 2 Stage Restricted Procedure. Stage 1 is a Pass/Fail and Qualitative Assessment based on the documentation submitted by the Applicant. To apply for inclusion on the above frameworks interested parties must complete the relevant service QC1 Suitability Assessment Questionnaire, sign and date the Declaration at Section 4 and return the Questionnaire together with all necessary Appendices (A/A1/B1/B3/MF2.4), Declarations, supporting documentation and evidence as requested in the questionnaire – 3 hard copies required.
