2650 - CDU Grade Medium Load Low Temperature Steriliser

Dear Tenderers,

The Contracting Authority, in the first instance, requires a managed equipment service contract for five years' duration for the provision of a CDU Medicum Load Low Temperature Steriliser for Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System XI, including its installation, commissioning and maintenance and the provision of associated equipment and user training.  Relevant information, including Invitation to Tender and editable Pricing Schedule, Specification of Requirements, Form of Tender and ESPD, are available for download on www.etenders.gov.ie

Deadline for receipt of submissions is Thursday, 26th July, 2018 at 12:00 noon and deadline for clarifications if 17:00 p.m. 16th July, 2018.  Please also see Section 1.7 of ITT document re site visit.

On the grounds of urgency, and in accordance with Article 27.3 of Directive 2014/24/EU, the Contracting authority is availing of shortened timescales in respect of this competition.  The urgency associated with this requirement arises from the fact that the required equipment will be used in an acute hospital setting.  On grounds of patient care, time is of the essence in respect of this competition.
