()The Education Procurement Service (EPS), on behalf of Trinity College Dublin (TCD) (the “Contracting Authority”) is issuing this RFT as a central sourcing body for use by the Framework Clients (defined below).
The Contracting Authority invites Tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for appointment to a multi-supplier framework agreement (the “Framework Agreement”) for the provision of the Goods described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (“the Goods”).
In summary, the Goods comprise:
The provision of Tenders for LoRaWAN compatible end devices (aka sensors). The Framework Agreement has the objective of maximising discounts and providing for reductions in administrative and transactions costs for providers and Framework Clients. The management of the Framework will focus on achieving high quality service and best price points to deliver overall value for money.
