External Monitoring Services

SOLAS is the co-ordinator provider for the portfolio of Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) and Quarrying Skills Certification Scheme (QSCS) courses and assessment events. SOLAS, as co-ordinating provider, for CSCS/QSCS courses and assessment events is committed to overseeing independent monitoring and evaluation of CSCS/QSCS course and assessment delivery in accordance with its quality assurance governance requirements. In order to meet its quality assurance responsibilities SOLAS is seeking to procure additional flexible external monitoring services. SOLAS requires an external monitoring services provider to incorporate process monitoring and assessment event monitoring into its service provision.
