The Supply of Consultancy for the Maintenance, Support and Development of the Teleform Forms Processing System

This public procurement competition relates to the provision of consultancy support for: •Maintenance and support of the Teleform functionality including changes/enhancements to existing templates and scripts (see Appendix 11 and Appendix 12); •The development and implementation of new correspondence templates and associated scripts using Teleform software; •Ongoing support and maintenance of, and recommendations for, the optimisation of the Teleform scanning infrastructure and environments (see Appendix 12) •Knowledge and skills transfer to Department staff on the development and support of Teleform templates and of the infrastructure.
