INVITATION TO TENDER – Destination Marketing / General Sales Agency for switzerland & austria

Thank you for your interest.  You should read all of the attached documentation carefully.

 

The Frankfurt office of Tourism Ireland wishes to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified Destination Marketing Agency to provide Destination Marketing / General Sales Agency Services in Switzerland and New Zealand. Please note that local agencies in Switzerland and Austria are also being made aware of this tender opportunity.

 

The appointment is being made by a process of competitive tender using the OPEN procedure.  Suitably qualified applicants are hereby invited to submit a Tender.

 

Tourism Ireland wishes to appoint a Supplier(s) to provide the required services in Austria and Switzerland reporting in to the Central European office in Frankfurt.  The required services are split into two [2] Lots:-

 

Lot 1 – Destination Marketing Services in the Swiss Market

Lot 2 – Destination Marketing Services in the Austrian Market

 

Applicants may apply for either or both of the Lots.

 

 All completed Tenders should be submitted in the exact format and sequence as requested to the office address and email address detailed, on or before the Tender Closing Deadline: 15:00 hours [CET] on Thursday 2nd August 2018.  Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

*Please Note that the maximum limit for incoming emails is 10MB

**Please also note that proof of receipt by the deadline will be determined by the time detailed on the receipt email as received by Tourism Ireland only and not by the time sent by the applicant.

Following evaluation of qualifying Tenders, Tourism Ireland reserves the right to have the shortlisted Tenderers clarify or make presentations on their bids.
