Maynooth Education Campus - Completion of the construction of 2 No. Post Primary Schools of approximately 9000 square metres each, a new PE Facility of 2000.0 square metres, and all associated siteworks.

Due to the liquidation of the previous Main Contractor, a replacement contractor is required for the completion of the construction of Maynooth Education Campus. The works to be completed include the following: (a) The completion of the construction of two new two-storey pre-cast concrete structure, post primary school buildings of approximately 9000 square metres each including general classrooms, specialist classrooms, social areas, administration areas, specialist accommodation for pupils with special educational needs, circulation areas, sensory gardens, service yards, external stores, covered storage areas for construction studies and other ancillary accommodation. The main structure for these buildings is completed on site (b) The completion of the construction of a part single-storey, part two-storey sports facility of approximately 2000 square metres including a PE hall, a stage area, a fitness suite, social areas, changing rooms, circulation areas, administration areas, stores, service areas and other ancillary accommodation. The works to this building are completed to ground floor slab. (c) The completion of new site entrances and routes for vehicular, pedestrian and bicycle use, bus, car & coach drop-off areas, car parking areas and bicycle shelters; provision of new roundabout, bus drop-off areas and alteration of boundary wall and fencing at the existing public road to the South of the site; provision of ballcourts, playing pitch, landscaped external areas, foul sewer connections and ancillary site works. These works are partially completed on site.
