HSE 10755 - Non Exclusive Multiparty Framework Agreement for the International Recruitment of Nurses/Midwives General and Specialist on behalf of the HSE and HSE Funded Agencies Section 38 & 39

A Non Exclusive Framework Agreement with all terms agreed for the International Recruitment of Nurses/Midwives General and Specialist for a period of four years. The HSE intends to award five tenderers on to the framework (providing that five suitable tender proposals are received). In the event that fewer than five suitable tenders are received, the HSE may award a lesser number of suppliers onto the framework. The HSE gives no commitment as to the volume of services that may be sourced through this Framework agreement. Tenderers are advised that at the time of going to tender, it is anticipated that there may be a requirement for circa 1,000 general, children’s nurses, specialist nurses and midwives over a four year period. At the time of going to tender there is an immediate requirement for approximately 250 nurses and midwives to be appointed by 31 December 2018. The majority of opportunities for the appointment of nurses and midwives will be in the acute service
