Dear Tenderers,
The Contracting Authority, in the first instance, intends to establish a framework agreement of four years’ duration for the provision of Shower Head Filter Cartridges to provide protection against waterborne nosocomial infections (to be compatible with Fileder Pentair Medical Shower and Fileder Pentair Tap Filters).

Deadline for receipt of submissions is 11th July 2018 at 12:00 noon and deadline for clarifications is 17:00 p.m. 28th June 2018.
On the grounds of urgency, and in accordance with Article 27.3 of Directive 2014/24/EU, the Contracting Authority is availing of shortened timescales in respect of this competition.The urgency associated with this requirement arises from the fact that the required equipment will be used in an acute hospital setting.On grounds of patient care, time is of the essence inr espect of this competition.
