Dublin City Council/Dublin Region Homeless Executive (DRHE) is issuing an Invitation to tender to establish 2 (two) Multi-party frameworks tendered in separate Lots in relation to a contract for the operation and delivery of two distinct services. LOT A: Supported Temporary Accommodation (STA) capacity for 50 people, comprising single men, single women and couples. LOT B: STA Capacity for 30 families, comprising of Circa 90 people including adults and children. Each Framework will be for a period of one year with the option, at Dublin City Council/Dublin Region Homeless Executives reserved right to extend the frameworks annually up to a maximum of two (2) years where the total framework duration will not exceed three (3) years in total. STA accommodation is the provision of quality temporary accommodation and effective programmatic activities appropriate for persons who are homeless and who have specialized health, care and support needs or complex needs. The central objective of Supported Temporary Accommodation provision is to ensure an immediate focus on care and support interventions in tandem with an active settlement approach so that the person is progressed successfully towards a sought after outcome and sustained out of homelessness. The DRHE invites suitably qualified and experienced private, public or voluntary bodies or alternatively, consortium of agencies to tender for one or both Lots. During the period of the Framework a number of additional STA facilities may be introduced on a phased basis. STA Contracts awarded under the framework agreement may extend beyond the expiry of the framework agreement.
