Award Notice-Advisory Support for the development and design of a pilot scheme addressing the interaction between energy efficiency improvements and health outcomes

The objective of this RFT was to appoint one services provider to provide specialist advisory support for: • The management of the project; • The preparation of an interim business case to ensure continuity of the project during the research phase and prior to the final Cost Benefit Analysis of the project Numbers of tenders received: 1 Name and address of company awarded the contract: Prospectus of Q House Suite, 406 /407 Furze Road, Sandyford, Dublin 18 Date of contract award: 24/10/2018 The contract will terminate on 23/10/2019 with an option to renew for up to 2 additional years depending on budget availability and performance. Value of contract: Estimated total value of the contract is €282,000 Award criteria and weightings: The contract was awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using the following award: 1. Quality and level of resources applied to the project. (Maximum 15 marks) 2. Range and depth of previous experience.(Maximum 15 marks) 3. Quality of proposal and methodology (Maximum 45 marks) 4. Demonstrated understanding of the subject area and the requirements.(Maximum 75 marks) 5. Proposed management of assignment.(Maximum 30 marks) 6. Cost (Maximum 120 marks)
