FSU053C - Request for Tender for the Provision of Made to Measure Uniforms for Staff of Áras and Uachtaráin and Houses of the Oireachtas
The Áras an Uachtaráin and the Houses of the Oireachtas (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the supply of the goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Goods”).
In summary, the Goods comprise: Uniforms for staff in Áras an Uachtaráin and Houses of the Oireachtas. This public procurement competition will be divided into two (2) lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate contract.
Lot 1 - Provision of Uniforms to Áras an Uachtaráin: - There shall be a single supplier Goods Contract for the provision of operational uniforms as further described in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 (Lot 1) of this RFT.
Lot 2 - Provision of Uniforms to the Houses of the Oireachts: There shall be a single supplier Goods Contract for the provision of service dress uniforms as further described in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 (Lot 2) of this RFT.
Tenderers are invited to apply for one or more of these Lots and may be successful in one or more of these Lots. Neither the Contracting Authority nor the OGP warrants or represents that any or all of the Goods Contracts referred to above will be awarded. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to not award any one or more of the above Goods Contracts.
