UL-0513 - Student Centre Development, University of Limerick – Main Contractor, Glazing & Cladding Specialist, Electrical Specialist and Mechanical Specialist

The New Student Centre will be accommodated in a purpose designed 3,600m2 (approximate) building. The development will consist of a three storey over partial basement Student Centre, providing a foyer space, auditorium (200 seat), meeting rooms, offices, a shop and café, along with site clearance and new landscape paving external works including an enclosed bicycle stand. The building will include bespoke timber joinery, structural glazing and curtain walling. The building is designed to achieve a BER A3 rating.
