Provision of application development and support services, including, where necessary, remediation of software defects, in respect of the NVDF application software, scripts, and reports which are primarily based on OpenRoad 4GL and OpenIngres RDBMS.
The NVDF application suite comprises bespoke software developed and supported under contract and which covers front counter and back office activities in all motor tax offices outlets relating to the issue of motor tax discs and all associated stock and financial reconciliations and reporting on an Ingres database.
