132121 - SAP Support, Maintenance and Hosting

SOLAS wishes to enter into contract for the on-going application & technical support for SAP’s ECC6 and SRM systems including project support for an archiving process and deletion of data; annual health check to ensure system is optimized; assistance in assessing the best migration path to move to a HANA database including necessary preparatory work and provide for a possible to move to a hosted service during the period of the contract. SOLAS proposes to move the end to end management of the infrastructure noted in section 1.4 above to a third party, who will also supply support for SAP and SRM
