2634 - The Provision of ICT Consultancy Services

Dear Tenderer,

The Contracting Authority, in the first instance, requires IT Consultant to support its legacy BHIS (Beaumont Hospital Information System) with four year maximum potential duration of agreement.

 

Relevant information, including Invitation to Tender and editable Form of Tender (Appendix 1) and ESPD (Appendix 2) are availabel for download on www.etenders.gov.ie

 

Deadline for receipt of submissions is 17/04/2018 at 12:00 noon and deadline for clarifications is 17:00 p.m. 10th April, 2018.

 

On the grounds of urgency, and in accordance with Article 27.3 of Directive 2014/24/EU, the Contracting Authority is availing of shortened timescales in respect of this competition.  The urgency associated with this requirement arises from the fact that the required services will be used in an acute hospital setting. On the grounds of patient care, time is of the essence in respect of this competition.
