The Contracting Authority invites Tenders from Tenderers for the award of a single framework contract for the provision of the Services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT.
In summary, the Services comprise:
Employment Law Legal Services to either (i) the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform (DPER) or (ii) DPER and one or more of the framework clients jointly, where the parties have a common interest in obtaining such Employment Law Legal Services.
