131930:1 PQQ for Multi-Contractor Framework Agreement for the Deployment of Smart Electricity Meters

 

Electricity Supply Board (‘ESB’), the Contracting Entity is procuring to establish a Multi Contractor Framework Agreement for the implementation and operation of an end-to-end service to exchange electricity meters with Smart Electricity Meters and perform remedial works to the meter installation at premises.  You are invited to submit a Prequalification questionnaire (PQQ) response.


 

It is advisable to read all documentation immediately in order to confirm whether or not you will participate in this PQQ process on this occasion. All PQQ responses must be submitted via this eTenders website. No hard copy tenders will be accepted.

Please be mindful of all relevant dates (i.e. closing date for clarifications and closing date for submitting a PQQ response) as stated for this RFT on eTenders.


 

It is very important that you commence the scanning and upload of your PQQ response in good time. Please do not leave the uploading of your PQQ response until the last minute as the system will automatically shut down at the exact time specified for this RFT on eTenders. PQQ responses that are not fully uploaded and submitted by the response deadline will not be accepted by the system
