Westmeath County Council (“the Contracting Authority”) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified economic operators who are interested in the delivery of a sustainable mixed tenure residential development including an access road at Brawny Road, Lissywollen, Athlone, County Westmeath (“the Development”). The Contracting Authority is seeking to identify an economic operator that is capable of working in collaboration with the Contracting Authority to identify the optimal solution for the Development, the Contracting Authority's requirements and to deliver these requirements as efficiently and sustainably as possible.
